Error 403 / 500

  I need help diagnosing and fixing the problem thats causing these errors to lock me out of my website. I’ve seen that sometimes the reason is because of the .htaccess file but I have been advised that this is not the case as I was using the website for an extended amount of time before this inexplicably happened.
