Error 403 during import

  I have a website alamoranchfirearms.wordpress.com and want to export that to alamoranchfirearms.com which is also with WordPress. I keep getting failed import error 403. I exported the zip file from WordPress to import to WordPress using the WordPress importer and it doesn’t work. Both are free plans.
