Hello, I can’t seem to access my wordpress site. I’ve tried on multiple computers and everything goes well until I try to edit anything, I receive a ‘Error 403 – Forbidden’ page with links on it that don’t work when I click on them.

    Thank you,

    Zack

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. I understand the frustration you must be experiencing with the error message on your WordPress site.

However, I’d like to clarify that your site appears to be hosted with a different hosting provider and is using the free, open-source version of WordPress. Due to this, we at WordPress.com managed hosting have limitations on how we can assist. Our support primarily extends to sites directly hosted on our platform. This means we cannot investigate or directly address issues for sites not hosted by us.

That said, we do offer robust managed hosting at WordPress.com which provides you with dedicated support, daily backups, and various other features to ensure your site runs smoothly. If you’d like to explore more about our managed hosting, you can check out the details here: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

If you’re considering moving your site over to our platform, we make the migration process hassle-free for you. We offer an easy-to-use migration plugin that allows you to transfer your site to our hosting without any hitches.

Lastly, I understand you’re in need of immediate assistance, and I want to ensure you receive the help you need. The community there is very active, and many knowledgeable users and developers frequent the forums. They will be in the best position to assist you with the issue you’re experiencing. You can seek help here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

I hope this helps and wish you the best in resolving the issue.
