Error 403 when accessing /wp-admin page

  I get error 403 when trying to access wp-admin directly. Website is fine and I can also get to the admin dashboard via the site’s top admin link. I disabled all plugins, checked .htaccess content and permissions, but can’t find the problem. Any suggestions please?
