error 403 when going to ‘Updates’ and ‘Add New Plugins’

  When I’m on the WordPress editor of my website, I cannot access the ‘Dashboard -> Updates’ and the ‘Plugins -> Add New Plugins’ options, only these specifically.
  Can I know what is causing this and can help me correct give me access to these please?
