  Hello,

  I’m facing an issue while importing template using a ‘Starter Templates’ (life coach template) plugin on my WordPress installation.

  Related article says it might be server error and asks me to reach out to the server administration/hosting provider to fix this issue.

  This is the error notice I am receiving –

  (Required Plugins Failed!
  Your website is facing a temporary issue in connecting the template server.
  Read article to resolve the issue and continue importing template.
  Error: 403error)

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
