  I am unable to login to the dashboard at *ourwebsite*/wp-admin as the page shows error 404.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there, can you check in with your host to see what’s up? They may need to help you restore a recent backup.

  Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.
