Error 404

I am having trouble with a domain that I purchased through word press. It isn’t linking to my site and if I make it the parent domain it still doesn’t work. It tells me I need to update the DNS. and change it to NS1.WORDPRESS.COM. I have no idea how to do this and your tuts do not explain this if I bought it from you.
I posted the question yesterday and Tina replied, but she was under the impression I bought the domain from some where else and then another administrator stopped my thread. I don’t appreciate that as the question wasn’t answered.
If it’s not resolved today I’m moving all my blogs back to blogger and I have 2 that I was moving over to word press for the pro bundle.Really need this domain to work TODAY. thanks

Toni is correct. The domain bigtoysale.com is only mapped here, it’s not registered through us.
The domain was registered way back in May of 2010 by someone in British Columbia, Canada, and is still owned by that individual: http://whois.domaintools.com/bigtoysale.com
If you are in fact the owner of the domain, you need to change your nameservers to point to us: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
If you are not the owner of the domain, please let me know and I can cancel and refund the domain mapping for you.
