  Hi, if you have already bought a domain (not from WordPress) you either need to point it to your WordPress.COM site address or upgrade your WordPress.com account to Premium in order to map the domain to your site so it is directly accessible via your domain URL.
  Also can you confirm whether the domain is peoplesreplubilc.com or peoplesrepublic.com?
