Error 404 al crear o querer actualizar una pagina

    Al querer actualizar o cear una pagina nueva me sale un error 404, pagina no encontrada.
    Ya hice el proceso de Enlaces permanentes y el archivo htaccess ya lo modifique, pero el error sigue. Alguien me puede apoyar a resolver
