Error 404 in admin page

  Hi, in few days i just change my country, and now when i want get in my blog, this Error shows, ( 404 – The page you are looking for has not been found ).

  How can i fix this problem.
  this is my Blog, ( http://www.staygentle.com )

  It looks like you have a self hosted WordPress.org website and not one hosted on WordPress.com.
