Error 404 on an existing active page

    Thank you in advance for your help. I can’t get my home page to work right, and I would really appreciate if you can help me with it. I get 404 error, even though when I click on preview changes, the image and text of my home page is there! My website is http://www.losangeles-skincare.com
    I have been working on it for the past 48 hours. Googled the issue, deactivated all the plugins, saved changes on plugin settings and still doesn’t work. I have reviewed and gone thru my homepage edit at least 10 times and can’t find anything wrong with it.

    I have also tried everything on different laptops as well.
    Thank you for taking your time out to help. I really appreciate it :)
    I am desperate. Please help.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software.
