Error 404 – Page Edit

  I have been trying to edit our pages for the site but continue to get an Error 404. I have cleared all cache data and cookies, with no luck. Reviewed security settings and ensured access was granted for WordPress, again no luck. And tried to restart and scan for any updates. Please help!

  Hi there,

  Could you confirm that the site you need help with is cscpok.com?

  It seems cscpok.com uses the open-source WordPress.org software. We primarily provide support for sites hosted and managed by WordPress.com.

  I recommend you post in the WordPress.org support forum at https://wordpress.org/support/forums

  You could learn the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org at https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  It does not help! Our platform is on WordPress.com, but thank you for the attempted redirect.

  To clarify, WordPress.com is a hosting provider, but we are not the only provider of WordPress sites. In the case of cscpok.com I can see that it is hosted at Bluehost based on the domain name server (NS) addresses info you see here: https://gwhois.org/cscpok.com+dns

  Name Servers:
  – ns1.bluehost.com
  – ns2.bluehost.com

  Additionally when I examine the source code of your site I can see you are using the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, which we do not offer on WordPress.com, and was my clue that you might be hosted with another provider. While we are able to help with your site if you are hosted with us, our support tools do not work if you have a WordPress site through another provider, like Bluehost.

  The good news is that help is available for your site here at the open source forums for WordPress, which is the version of the platform that Bluehost uses: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  The folks in that forum are more familiar with your issue and in the best position to help.
