error 404 seen by few not all.

Hello,
I installed wordpress(2.0.2) on my hosting account at http://domainspeaks.com . Problem, I am facing is that many people complain of getting error 404 ,wrapped in wordpress, mostly when they submit an application here http://domainspeaks.com/free-domains/application/2
This problem is not faced by all members and also not everytime, but few members face it constantly and few others face it ocassionally.
I do not have snapshot to show you, as I for myself have not faced it as of now, but its not one or two people, many have reported same to me.
Please help. -
