Error 404 when clicking on the activation link

  Hi there,

  I am not sure I am in the right forum but I just registered to use gravatar few minutes ago.

  I have received the activation email and when I click on it I directly get a 404 server error telling me that the file or directory is not found.

  I cannot figure out whether it is a problem from my webmail server or from a faulty activation link.

  Could someone help me on that one please?

  I apologize for insisting but I cannot even contact people from gravatar as the support service is reported to be closed.

  So that’s quite bad if I can’t even activate my account with the link they have provided and I cannot contact them besides via this forum.
