Error 404 WordPress Problem

  I keep getting this error on the link I am providing here and wanted to see if anyone could help me on this.

  ”><?php bloginfo(’name’); ?>

  Object not found!

  The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

  If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

  localhost

  Apache/2.2.11 (Win32) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i PHP/5.2.9

  And at the bottom instead of saying http://localhost/wordpress/ it says http://localhost/wordpress/?wilson
