Error 406 – Not acceptable

We are trying upload blogs under the ‘posts’ category. Whenever we hit schedule or publish, it does not go through and an ‘error 406 – not acceptable’ page comes up. Below that it says ‘Generally a 406 error is caused because a request has been blocked by Mod Security. If you believe that your request has been blocked by mistake please contact the web site owner.’ What’s going on and how does one fix this?
