And the mobile device(like phone) by using China IP Address on visit the website shows the notification above(by using the broswers in WeChat and chorme browers etc.), but the PCs works usual. The mobile devices by using the IP addresses out of China (by using the broswers in WeChat and chorme browers etc.),in case to visit the website, no problems on that. Please look at it and fix the problems immediately.

Currently, I had already confirmed that the Great Firewall in China did not ban our website. Users whom using WeChat or any browsers in any mobile devices in mainland China by using Chinese Operation IP Address cannot visit our website. If they use Laptop or PC using Chinese Operation IP Address can visit our website, but very slow. But if they are using VPN service on mobile devices, looks like there are no problems.
Could you help to stop block the visit from WeChat or any browsers in any mobile devices in mainland China by using Chinese Operation IP Address in your host, and raise rate limiting on your hosts, in case to allow our main visitors in mainland China visit our website as soon as possible as you could.

Hi there,
I can confirm that there are no issues on this end that are shaping the network traffic of your site. The fact that you are able to see the site without issue via VPN seems to confirm this, since it sounds like you are not able to visit the site any other way.
We are able to help if the problem is on our end, but sadly there is nothing we can do to force sites to be displayed on your end, that is the responsibility of the internet provider. I would recommend contacting them directly and letting them know you are unable to visit the site, so they can make changes on their end to permit that traffic, thanks.

In mainland China, our visitors who use the same IP address, same internet provider, on laptop, they can visit our website without using VPN service.
In mainland China, our visitors, who use the same IP address, same internet provider,on phone, without using VPN service, they can visist our website.
Since the service now recovery, and our website could be reached to our visistors in mainland China. And Internet providers in mainland China and China government feedback that they permit that traffic all the time.
So, please send the configuration logs to me via email and firewall logs during 2023-02-01 UTC 00:00 to 2023-02-06 UTC 00:00, so that we could investigate this error.

Hey there,
Ok, so just to confirm – is the site visible or are you still seeing a 429 error?
-
currently, our website in mainland China:
visitors: use the same IP address, same internet provider, on laptop, they can visit our website without using VPN service.
visitors: use the same IP address, same internet providers, on phone, they cannnot visit our website without using VPN service.
Meantime, the website currently no show 429 error, but load very slow in WeChat internal broswers. but in Chrome-based mobile broswers, no problem.
Our government, the Great Firewall in mainland, China, and internet providers not banned any visitors in mainland China visit our website.
Please carefully investigate this issue, and send me a report via email, the email address is given to your online live chat support team.
