ERROR 429

    Dear WordPress Support Team

    As one of your Happiness Engineers mentioned on live-chat-support, that our website under the mainland China network restriction, that’s why our visitors in mainland China cannot use their phone without VPN APPs cannot visit our website but can visit our Website without VPN software on PCs.  

    Please provide the logs of ttcath.org on your hosting server to me, so that I could argue with the department which in charge of mainland China network restriction. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Our logs would not really show anything since the connection is stopped before it ever gets to us. There are some traceroute apps you can get for Android and iOS/iPhone mobiles, and you your visitors can install those, get the traceroutes and then email those to you for you to use in your communications.

    A search for traceroute on android and traceroute on iOS will bring up some articles you can read through.
