Error (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I know today support is closed. Any clue about this error:

  Error (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I get this error when I tried to post from the web a new article (I tried three times with different contents, and one initial try was with Windows Live Write)

  I found other forum topics about this error, but it’s not clear to me:

  – What is the cause?
  – The solution involve the support team, isn’t it?
