  Bonjour,
  le site web affiche page blanche du côté site web mais surtout wordpress. De plus wordpress ne reconnaît plus le nom d’utilisateur durant les tentatives de connexion. Je souhaiterais connaître comment retrouver les accès au site du coté backoffice (wordpress).

  NB : Le bug est arrivé suite à la mise à jour du thème.

  There are no WordPress.com sites owned by the account you are logged in to. Can you send a link to the site you are having trouble with?

  Hi @isabellecharge, these forums are actually for the sites here at WordPress.com, which is different than what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  Can you contact ovh.net to make sure you have access to your hosting? They will likely be able to help with backups too. Then, if you’re still having trouble accessing your own WordPress installation, you can work with them on these steps:
