error 500

  I had access to my website login was trying to update the wordpess and a few plugins and now i get http error 500 and i cannot access the website at all. I have no other way of accessing it or the original site creator as the website/business has been sold 3 times since it was created. any ideas or help?

  Yes no worries it’s http://www.fireflycinemas.co.nz which automatically redirects to http://www.firefly.nz

  We won’t be able to help you here as your site is hosted with another company, not with WordPress.com.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
