Error 500
-
Hi, I’ve recently added the woo commerce add on product plugin on a customers online store. I’ve been uploading a variation of add ons to the website. I’ve uploaded the last 20 of one of the variations and when I click upload it comes up with an error 500. Saying Internal Server Error. I’ve been in contact with Host Gator regarding this, which they’ve checked the error log and it is a web designer error. Im not sure what to do as I’m pretty new to this.

Hi there,
If you have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:
Here is information on addressing the HTTP 500 error you are receiving:

Thanks!
