  This site is not hosted with WordPress.com, so we’re unable to help with this site. A 500 error indicates something isn’t loading in the server.

  To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

  It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
