Error 500

  I keep getting error 500 on my site. this has been happening for the last few weeks and I have not been able to get anything done on my site. Is there any way you can help?

  Hi there,

  We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting provider. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Let us know this information and we’ll try and move forward. :)

  @andydrc Your site is appears to be on the Business Plan, but it’s loading fine for me now. Did you get this issue resolved?

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created a few days ago, so if your issue has been going on for a few weeks it has nothing to do with this WordPress.com account.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ instead.
