Error 500 when trying to log in

I keep resetting my password to log onto wordpress but I get the below error message
”This page isn’t working http://www.alexwhitemassage.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request HTTP ERROR 500”Thanks for your help

Http Error 500 is a server error. It looks like your site is a self hosted site. Have you tried contacting them just in case their servers are down?

This support forum can only assist with sites that are actually hosted here such as https://xfdfdsfdf.wordpress.com/
If your GoDaddy site is using the WordPress.org software there is a separate forum. Have you tried searching that for the 100s of people who have faced the same problem with their sites: https://wordpress.org/search/error+500/?forums=1 -
Thank you guys. I called Go Daddy my web host, they gave me the name of the plug in to disable temporarily so I can log onto the wp admin area. I watched a video on Youtube to find out how to disable a plug in Word press. I hadn’t run updates on plugins for a while …
