  That 502 appears to be a technical error dealing with servers. http://www.google.com/search?q=502+error. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Are you still experiencing this issue?

  If so, there are some good troubleshooting errors you can try on your end at http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/502error.htm under “How To Fix the 502 Bad Gateway Error”. You might try 1-6, 8 & 9.

  If you run through those steps and still run into the error, please let me know what you tried and we can go from there.
