error 503 – can’t access the WORDPRESS Admin dashboard

    I am receiving this message: Errore 503
    Servizio non disponibile (service not available)
    Al momento non è possibile soddisfare la richiesta. Riprova più tardi. (at the moment is not possible to satisfy your request. Try again later)
    Stato server: online

    In italian – my webiste is hosted on KELIWEB.it. They told me they can’t help since it’s not a problem of the server, so could you please help me? I installed the free plug-in called WCFM Marketplace – Best Multivendor Marketplace for WooCommerce and after 20 mins the entire wp-admin dashboard crashed and gave me that message. I need to know how can I solve the problem of the unistalling of the plug-ins. From the cpanel in keliweb I had the chance to rename some plug-ins and delete the ones related to the plug-in WCFM Marketplace – Best Multivendor Marketplace for WooCommerce but I still can’t access the platform and my work is blocked because of it.
    Please provide help for this manner. I am happy to be contacted by email and have a call in case you need. Help, thank you!

Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

    The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.
