Error 503 When Clicking on Dashboard menu items (WordPress backend dashboard)

    Hi There,
    Any body know how to fix this issue:
    I get a 503 error when I try to edit a page, when I click on plugin and wordfence is unable to scan the site either.
    I have turned off all plugins and still persists.
    I have checked php with host and its at 8.0.

    Im not certain what to do – as i cant edit pages and WP optimize doesnt clean data-base or cache. The site is just not working the way its meant to and we arent able to edit anything.
