  The error has made not to Access the account page and the website is down
  How can i reset this ?

  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  I suggest contacting your web host about bandwidth limits as they are the ones in control of all that.

  For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for general help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
