Error: Account suspended.tell me why?

  Two days ago I applied for an account at en.wordpress.com,yesterday wordpress told me Account suspended.
  Yesterday I applied an other account(http://forshoes.wordpress.com),but today also told me Account suspended .

  I don’t know why!!! I would like to know which rule that i violated?thanks.
