Error: Active domain connection for this domain not found
-
I had a Woocommerce subscription when i started building my website. The Woocommerce plan allowed me install a purchased theme and customize my plugins. Since I finished building my website, I assumed there is no need to renew the subscription as I did not need to further edit the theme nor add new plugins. The subscription expired, and now the website is not accessible, and I can’t even review the website (showing the error below). If I pay the 13$ to activate the domain, would I be able to recover the website with the whole content and style?

Hello –
In order for a site to remain live on the internet, it needs an active hosting plan. That’s true regardless of where you build it.
Looking at the account I can see that your eCommerce hosting plan expired 8 days ago. That needs to be added to your account again in order for the site to work, and in order for you to retain the ability to use plugins (like WooCommerce).
I’ve added the plan below so you can click on that, and add it back to your account.
