Error adding new payment method and buying shipping labels

    Whenever I try to add a payment method I get this error;
    Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.

    I wanted to add a new one because whenever I try to purchase a shipping label I get this message;
    Billingdaddy failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU.

    it looks like we had some difficulty on our end in processing your payment. That should be resolved now so if you try again does it go through correctly?

    I am also experiencing the same issue with this close popping up: HYMNCA. I cannot seem to be able to pay for the jetpack backup plugin because of this and I urgently need it. Please fix this issue for me asap. Thank you!
