Error Adding Payment Method for Purchasing JetPack

  I am getting this error while adding payment method in my website:
  ‘Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.’

  Someone Help Please!!!!!!!!! My mind is going blank after trying so many times.

  Correct account: Yes
