Error – an active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.

Trying to create a new page “mnsquash.wordpress.com” and getting the error “An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.”
I tried Chrome and IE. Also cleared all cache on both browsers.
This happens after I choose theme, URL, and template. -
