  Hi! We noticed our site was undergoing some issues. We receive the following message:

  Can you please confirm the URL of the site for which you need help?

  If Your site is using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host. So WordPress.com forum is not the right place to get the solution for your question.

  This forum can help with https://editorialufmalmo.wordpress.com/ but that site has no content. You still haven’t revealed the site address you need help with. Is it hosted here at WordPress.com? If it is using the WordPress.com Business plan you can get livechat support with staff and don’t need to post here. If it is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software you need to follow the advice offered by @shubhamgmath

  If it is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software you need to follow the advice offered by @shubhamgmath
