How do I fix an "ERROR! Apache/2.2.3"?

I receive this error when trying to log in to my admin site. Using http://www.jenniferpereyra.tateauthor.com takes me to a default parallels plesk panel which says the site doesn\’t exist.

Hi, it sounds like your site is running a self-hosted installation of WordPress.org.
Just to clear up any any confusion, WordPress.org and WordPress.com are separate entities.
For help with a self-hosted site you’ll want to try the WordPress.org forums.

Thanks for your reply but my understanding is that it is not a wordpress.org site.
I actually had problems with this in the past as I was trying to do things that I was told were only for .org sites and it was explained that I need to be on the .com support.

There aren’t any domain records for jenniferpereyra.tateauthor.com in our system. Also, when I looked up the CNAME record for jenniferpereyra.tateauthor.com nothing was returned. A CNAME would be required for the domain to load at WordPress.com.
Is there an underlying WordPress.com URL that you are trying to get this set up with?

Hi Andrew
That is concerning…
This is where I would go to log on to my admin site.
http://jenniferpereyra.tateauthor.com/wp-login.php
I’m not sure if that helps at all.

Okay, that loads an error page for me that is not a WordPress.com error page. I’m pretty certain you are running a self-hosted installation of WordPress.org on that site. I would recommend contacting your web host or posting in the forums I linked to above.

Thanks Andrew! I greatly appreciate the help. I have already sent them e-mails and am waiting to hear back.
