  Have you contacted your bank about this? I had a look at the errors we’re getting, but it doesn’t seem like there’s a problem on our end.

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. So, if you haven’t, please contact your bank to confirm they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
