    Im trying to upgrade my website primealphasecuritycorporation.com to business plan, but it won’t let me pay with my debit card.

    Hi there,

    Our payment processor is getting an error when trying to process the payment at your bank/credit card company, so it could be that the system was offline at your bank at the time you tried to make the payment.

    Please check with your bank and make sure everything is working on their end. Also make sure your card is allowed to make online and international payments.

    Then give it an hour or two before trying again. If it still fails, let us know.

    hello,

    I have contacted the support earlier and already mentioned to him that I have contacted the bank, and the bank told me that they are not blocking it.

    Now i received an email telling me to call the bank???? The support said that my concern is raised to the billing department but the department seemed not to read the escalation that I have contacted already the bank.. sadly..

    so I tried again, same error from your end. this is really frustrating!

    can we make a quicker resolution as I have a deadline to run tomorrow. a client is oaying me to do this website. and I need it to be done at least by tomorrow.

    TRIED AGAIN FOR FOUR TIMES STILL RECEIVED SAME ERROR.

    I also tried to enter a payment method on my profile, but the error is:
    Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYTFSI.

    it won’t let me do anything the boxes are grayed out upon loading it.

    please help!
