    I am trying to pay for the “No Ads” feature with a different credit card than I have in years past, and I get the following message: “Error authorizing credit card. Please contact WordPress.com support.” I would appreciate either a solution to this problem or, if this is not the place to ask this question, someone to point me in the right direction. Thank you!

    When you have an upgrade purchased from WordPress.com, you can use the support contact form while logged into your account. Submitting that form will either send a support ticket to WordPress.com staff or begin a live chat if an operator is available.

    Another option is to add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to let a staff member know you need assistance.
