  Hello there. I’ve been having difficulties upgrading my plan and changing the domain name. At the checkout page, the status bar said transaction declined with the error message(AXLZNE) and proceeded to show that ‘purchases have been disabled’ and ‘to contact support for purchase re-enablement’. How can this issue be fixed?

  I checked your account and your ability to purchase upgrades has been disabled and you should’ve received an email in regards to this. We cannot assist you in the forums, but reply to the email and the payment staff will address this issue with you.
