Error AXLZNE, then Purchases are currently disabled

  Hi all,
  I want purchase premium plan. After i fill credit cart infomation, WP note that error AXLZNE, then block purchases.
  Pls tell me what i need to do to purchase it.
  Does my credit cart has a prolem?
