Error billing history

It has been over a month that I am asking to send me a bill for the transaction of €360,00
Your agents wrote in emails that you have included 20% tax = €60,00,
which is not reflected in the generic bill attached to the billing history (see attached).
I need to have a correct financial document to present it to tax authorities.
When will you send it to me?
It can not be so difficult to send me a bill.
It is foreseen by law, and it is crucial to avoid double taxation.
Unfortunately the billing history has two error bills,
you have not cancelled yet.
As you see from the bill attached WP has not included the 20% tax, and presented the price of the product inadequately,
which does not correlate to BUSINESS PLAN price
of €300 announced on your site.
The is also an error name of the domain, which was de facto updated afterwards.
The financial documents should be in order, and I can not accept these errors to stay.WP.com: Yes
