Error can not write new posts, please how to fix?

  Today I encountered an error when post a new article, then it does not show up anything, I tried logging into my blog and then write a new, successful
  I tried opening another computer, and can not write for my blog
  It appears to add this line, then it stands in one place, not running
  https: / / diaphat.wordpress.com / wp-admin / post-new.php
  I do not know to contact wordpress how to check my blog help
