  attempting to change address my email forwards to, get nonspecific error

  Hello there!

  First, can you confirm that you’ve deleted the old forwarding address completely before attempting to add the new one?

  If so, please tell me the old email address (to delete), as well as the NEW email address (to add)? While you and I will be able to view those email addresses, they will be redacted on the public forum, so nobody else will be able to see them.

  No, because I was using change, not adding a new one.

  I did eventually just delete the entry and create a new one, but if that’s the only way that works there should be no “change” option.
