Import for wordpress stopped, 24 hours after i got a message telling to me contact support and mention error code 0

Please anyone,
WordPress emailed me telling the import is failed (error code zero) but when i check it on admin page is still in process almost 48 hours since is started…i dont know how to fix that and run the import again…do i have to delete the entire blog and start over? Sorry for the bad english but i really need some support

I deleted all content, the import is still running and i have no other place to call some help…if i have to humilliate myself for help i’m already doing that

If your import file exceeds the maximum allowed 15mb size, you can split the file into several parts and try. Here’s an app that can possibly help:
