  Hi, I received an email saying the import I was trying to test on testpacimd.wordpress.com failed and I should contact support. What should my next step be?

  I’ve deleted the stalled import file and you can give it another try from here:

  https://testpacimd.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress

  Let me know if you keep having an issue. The import should complete with in 24 hours. There’s a file size limit of 15mb and it has to be a .xml file.
