    I keep getting this error message. Now what do I do?

    Hi there,

    I currently do not see a domain under the account you are contacting us from. Is there another account in which you are having trouble? dakotawestarts.org is under a different account which may be why you’re receiving the error. You must be logged in under the account associated with the domain in order to initiate transfer.

    If you log into the account associated with the domain, you should be able to transfer the domain. However, let me know if you still receive that error message.
