Error code

Hello WordPress team,
I am part of the Stryvling Press team and I am trying to figure out what this error code below is for.
We can sign into the site and I can see the site in my dashboard but when I have anyone type the web address or visit the site it gives an error code.
When looking at the domain in the [Upgrades] -> [Domains] area the domain name is in active status but when you try to go to the site it still give the error.
Help?

I see that the WordPress.com Starter plan and the domain connection for stryvlingpress.stir.ac.uk have both expired recently. That’s why the domain doesn’t load your site properly. You’ll want to upgrade to the WordPress.com Starter plan again, which you can do by using the button below:

If you already own a domain name with another provider, you can use that domain with your WordPress.com site.
