Error code 404 – to http or https…?

    Hi Guys. I’m afraid I may have done something quite silly, and I’m now desperate to see if there is anyway I can resolve this. I recently started my site at http://aaronnel.co.za . I always noticed that there was a circled exclamation mark in front of my URL in the main URL bar. Once I clicked on it, the info said that my connection to the site was not private. I then started researching this, one of the support forums said to go into the settings tab and change the detail from https to http. Well, I went and did the reverse, and now I get ‘error code 404 – sight can’t be reached’. Is there any hope for me to recover my site? I’ve done quite a bit of work on it…. Thank you!!! Aaron Nel
